WTB: 318is instrument cluster and more

Hello, I'm looking for a working instrument cluster for my 318is + passenger side front window + windshield + springs and shocks. Preferably H&R and Billys but I'm open to anything. Oh, I'm also looking for an IS lip if anyone is getting rid of theirs.

I have front window and windshiel out of a 91 318 let me know if you are interested..

I don't know what's wrong with it, I just know that nothing works but the temp gauge and speedometer. I guess it either needs new gears or the circuit board is bad. Not sure how to figure that out though.
