    Need flywheel

    i have a 1986 325e.
the flywheel is missing the ball bearing that the reference sensor watches.
so i would presume that i need a new flywheel, or does anyone know a fix for this problem?

    thanks

You could weld on another one, but it's fairly precise. I've got a few dual and single mass flywheels around with the reference sender. Shoot me an offer and I'd be glad to send one your way.

The dual mass flywheels are good-to-go. The single mass has surface rust (not bad) on it that could be rubbed off with Scotch-brite. I had that one in my car for a while after I bead blasted it and now that I've had it sitting for a while it has oxidized a bit.
