WTB: OEM spare Bottle cap

Hi everyone.

I'd like to get one last bottle cap...preferably one that was a spare tire: I need it to be immaculate and very very very very clean. Tire is a plus but not necessary.

I am in Long Island , NY..can pay cash and willing to drive a bit.
