WTB: shifter, shiftboot and other parts

Need a 260 shifter. I already have the cup and other clips but I just need the shifter now. If the same seller happens to have a decent shiftboot laying around I'd love that too, but something cheap since later during the summer I'm gonna get the leather/illuminated knob combo.

I'm pretty sure that's all I need but let's go over with this for me:

I have the master, the slave, the blunttech clutch line, the selector rod, that larger rod on the trans that has that hole in it (forgetting the part name), the trans itself, the driveshaft, and the clutch kit. Am I missing anything else other than what I have in this WTB?
