Need a cat to pass CA smog

My cat is bad, blowing 3x limit on smog test.
Need a newer cat. No access to a welder..looking for something I can bolt up or clamp in and go. DGAF if its cali-legal. State can fuck themselves.
I'm in the SD/Temecula area if anyone local has one. If not Im willing to pay shipping.
