i have a black leather one, its pretty beat up, but if you are reupholstering it'll work fine. It comes with headrests, even worse shape than the seats, however no headrest hardware, they are kinds just stuck in the holes and flopping around......ill let it go real cheap, let me know.........shipping might be a killer to utah from boston though1991 318is --- currently not road worthy
