Are they the same as the 95? My rack needs replacing and I'm looking for the best replacement.

Z3 has the shortest lock to lock ratio. = 2.7
95 M3 then is next in line with = 3.0
              96 ^ = 3.25ish

I hear the Z3 fits perfect, or it needs a slight spacer, or something.

Jordan would you be able to source us some cheap Z3 racks from your workplace possibly a group buy? We all know Zionsville has overpriced kits.

I just sold my E30 M3 rack and installed an '95 E36 M3 rack. This thing is amazing!! Soo fast and smooth, it feels great. I did the swap in around an hour with modding my stock linkage and making spacers for the subframe mounting points. Not a big deal, as long as your car is a non-airbag pre '90 car.

Where did you find your 95 rack? I am preairbag and rolling a leaky rack till the free ATF I got from work runs out then I'm cutting the belt till I find a replacement.
