    WTB: 91 318is Tranny & Engine Mounts

          You'll pop a turtle head when you hear the prices for M42 mounts. Get E28 535i mounts, same geometry as M42 (318is) engine mounts, but about 1/5 the price. They are stiffer, and will transfer more vibrations into the car--you'll lose some comfort but I think it is worth it all things considered.

            lol im prob gonna order me some E28 mounts then

            are the engine and tranny mounts the same for the E28 535i or is just the tranny mounts that match up? or vice versa..

              Get E28 535i engine mounts, and 318is transmission mounts.
