    WTB: AC Components

Looking for a AC compressor, from an 87 IS.
Idk what my mechanic told me but i need the "WHOLE" assembly, can someone explain this to me? and needs to be denso? can anyone confirm that it needs to be the same brand?

Aux Fan resistor, idk if i can just buy this from a auto parts store, I probably can.

    And a receiver/dryer?

Lmk asap please, its hard to live in Hawaii w/out AC lol.

I have the complete set up out of an 89 325is that was converted to R134a that works flawlessly (tested is out of my former daily). I can take out the individual components you need or make a better deal with you for everything shipped as a whole (that way you'll know everything you have works)

Let me know and I can get it pulled and weighed to give you an accurate shipping quote

Also, whole meaning every component: compressor, evaporator, receiver/dryer, condenser and expansion valve or orifice tube.

The original system used R12, which has been replaced because it was bad for the environment by r134a... the components of an R12 system, if the seals are not replaced, will have a nearly impossible time keeping the r134a held in, because the compressor is the culprit because the R12 compressor doesn't generate a sufficient pressure for the r134a refrigerant that requires a higher pressure.

      Hope that helps
