I have a 1991 318i, and the p/n is 51121959128

I think any late model e30 plastic bumper shock will have that p/n:

I have a pair of rear bumper shocks (plastic bumper) from 1989 325i. I'm pretty sure its the same. $55 shipped for the pair or $40 shipped for one. They do come with bolts. PM me if interested.
