What he means is that the only H&R Race springs ever made for E30's were for E30 M3. Doesn't mean you can't run them on 6 cyl cars, they are the spec spring for Spec E30 race series and they work fine.


But good luck finding them used.

Most will agree that the H&R Race springs for the E30 are overpriced for what you get, there are other options out there that work fine, just pretend that the springs you buy have "Race" in the name and they're much cooler........ ;)

will look for similar rate springs or just find in the coilover extra spring bin of other car friends and adapt, seems a 6-7k front would be very similar to the 315/570 HR setup
