WTB - ASAP (WNC area) Skid plate for an '85 325e

My car has killed its second oil pan yesterday. Not even 12 hours after being installed a quarter sized hole was punched straight through it on our gravel road. I'm in need of a skid plate to save these pans. It's most likely that my front struts (which are completely shot) slammed the pan down onto a rock. If you could recommend some new struts at a reasonable price it'd be much appreciated.

I'm really in need of any type of skid plate. I'm trying to spend closer to the $100 - $150 mark. If you have any used ones lying around I'm very interested. Don't care much about appearance just if it serves it's purpose.
