It does for the flywheel bolts - the M42 and later 325e ones are longer due to the dual mass flywheel being thicker.

Seriously. Go to the dealer and just order them, or get them from GutenParts or Blunttech for even cheaper.

Just an FYI. I was going to do this and then I read about the torq specs on the bolts. If you torq them to what they should be it warps the bolts. Buy new bolts from pelican parts dude. Save yourself some time and hassle. Just my 5 cents.

but since were on this subject, can some one help me clarify this. im purchasing a 94 325is trans, will i be able to use a stock m20 clutch and flywheel or do i have to find a m50? any other modifications i would need to know? all inputs appreciated, dont make me start a new thread!

Yes, you can use the M20 flywheel and clutch. On my car, I chose to upgrade from the dual mass flywheel I had to a single mass flywheel.
Make sure you get a new rear main seal, a new pilot bearing and a new throwout bearing.

You will need the M20 starter for the M20 flywheel.

Is your trans a ZF unit, or a Getrag 260?
