WTB: 4 bottlecaps or 4 basketweaves with decent tires

I would like to buy a set of cheap bottelcaps/basketweaves. I need them to have 4 decent tires. The wheels dont have to be in that great of shape as there just gonna be temporary. Let me know what you got. Thanks

I just shop around via internet ..but for R track tires I use a specific dealer.
