WTB: Late Model Front Valence and IS lip in PA

I have a 87 and im looking to buy a late model front valence and IS lip, for fairly cheap. Paint condition does not matter as i will be repainting it, but it needs to be straight and have all the hardware. I am willing to drive up to 50 miles. I am located in Nazareth, PA, which is right in the Lehigh Valley.
Also if anyone could explain if there is any modification that would be great.

no modification needed just cut off your tow hook.

No IS lip. and tools are needed to get it off. :)
