I've bought new rubber bits for my euro bumpers and my soft top, priced it for my hard top, and the windows and it's always exorbitantly expensive. In fact, it's often the same or more than the hardware. Even that parts source I gave you lists it as roughly 80% of the arms. So I expect that 60% of that cost you were quoted is coming from the arms and 40% is from the rubber.
