    86 325es driveshaft

I recently bought a new center bearing hoping it was going to be my fix...well, when I got under there, my u-joint is flopping back and forth. I have never seen this and apparently a mechanic I took it had either.

So, with that said, I would like to stick a good know shaft with some stiff joints in there. I don't really feel like spending $500 on a new/rebuilt one. The car isn't that type of car. If it was pristine or an M3, yeah, I could see it. This is car is not getting that kind of treatment.

To my knowledge, I have a small guibo. This was suggested by the bmw mechanic as well as my production date of 5/86. If I am wrong, please let me know.

Two trips from OH to AL have fried this thing. Let me know what you have. Price and shipping. I'm located in Cincinnati.

    Best,
    Shaun

    Manual or auto?

        Sorry guys, Manual

Just when I thought I put everything in there! As of now, I still think I'm looking.

        Thanks
        Best,

        Shaun

Well, I thought I had one. I bought one off of a guy here, not sure if I should mention his name or not, shortly after my last post. I got the run-a-round up until today and thankfully got my money back.

With that said, I still need one. My car is sitting in the garage.

          Thanks guys!

Is the 325e and 325i manual driveshafts the same? If so I have a good condition one with a new guibo, but busted CSB.
