it is 2 dr 325is sedan with metal bumpers.

Sounds like you have an early body. You will need a Mtech1, don't cut up a Mtech2 kit...

i do not know you at all but i dont think you know what a full OEM mt1 or 2 kit will set you back. think $2k before paint
