WTB: Rear View Mirrow Arm

Hey all,
So the PO of my e30 put a map light rear view mirror in but used one with out the rubber thumbscrew that contacts the windshield. It vibrates a bit a highway speeds. If someone has a busted mirror with the thumbscrew that would be great.
