Check your local bicycle shop and see if there is a swap meet coming up.
If you can't find one there, look up a picture and build your own. The early ones were just some bent brackets, a sheet of plexi, and a rubber edge to keep from marking up the car. Should be really simple to fabricate. You could even customize it by using a colored sheet of plexi.
