    Cheap/free welded diff Bay Area

    Looking for a cheap or preferably free (hey, i've seen them for free before) welded diff just to try it out. I'm in no rush. I'm in Los Gatos. If anyone bought a car with a welded diff, welded a diff and hated it, etc, I want it. It won't be worth it for me to pay someone to ship it, so local only. I'd like taller gears (>3.73) but i'll obviously take what i can get.
