If this is for the E36 you should get the Z3M shifter. Ireland sells the kit that includes a pre-bent lever, added weighted collar, and new clips/washers. Can't remember the price off hand but it was a great deal compared to everything else out there. -
wouldn't z4 shifter be shorter in length and throw?
