I have what you need, I was planning an M20 rebuild and bought everything brand new, rings/bearings/gaskets/etc, then changed plans and dropped in a 24v motor. I recently moved to Charlotte, NC and all my parts are still in a garage in Columbia, SC but I can go grab them this weekend and send you some pics and a parts list with price if you're interested, let me know.
