    WTB SterlingSilber DS Fender

So the little bit of surface rust that I thought was on the fender is a bit worse that the pictrures showed. Oh well.

So, I need a new fender in Sterling Silver if anyone has one.

PM me with prices shipped to 41017 if you got one.

    Thanks!!!!!

Yeah, that came off on the trip out - I'm like, where's the lower part of the fender???

If I come across one, I'll let you know. How was the drive back?

Decent drive back - I got to know what things need to be fixed. Nothing unexpected. Rear Shock Mounts are blown - at least one is. Brakes need done, as I expected - I have Hawk pads and new rotors to go on anyway.

      Car runs nicely. Pulls hard.

Now if I can just get that fucking steering wheel fixed . . .

My trip was MUCH shorter than yours though!!!!

That car has a LOT of life left - I couldn't believe how hard it pulls, that engine is nice ;) Same goes for the cabby!

Should have put it on right in the first place ;) Wouldn't have that problem now if you did!

How does your family like the trade? Son looking forward to driving it? Wife give the thumbs up? :)

The trip was WELL worth it - I'd do it again and again.

Dave, I know you said you want silver, but if you're interested, I have a delphin grey one from my parts car. The paint sucks, but it doesn't matter since you'd have to paint it, and it's straight. I'd give it to ya for $25 + shipping.

Gotta be the bleeder screw - check it out. There can't be anywhere else that I can think of. I don't know if we ever properly tightened it.

What was holding the wheel on?

That is SERIOUSLY a poster child for why not to use cosmoline - I've never seen that much in my life. Take a pic for all the world to see!

If I have to paint one, I'll get one from a local yard. Thanks, though.

No you don't. You need one in something with a bit more flair - maybe White, or Red.
