                      I do have an E34 M50 pan, it has the oil level sensor, but it does not have the dipstick tube or oil pickup- $175 shipped.

                      I have an E34 parts car with an M50 in it- I would consider pulling the pan with dipstick + oil pickup if it's worth it to someone......
