anyone with a 10 ton press can push it out for you. I paid a local shop 10 bucks to do mine. but i brought the stripped subframe in to them. You can always burn them out too.

Thanks but looking to do it on the fly and not completely remove the subframe..

all else fails "kill it with fire" looking for this to be the last resort..

I prefer the old torch and air hammer method. It's really pretty fast to drop the subframe.
