WTB Cabrio reinforcement - lower

I'm looking for part number 41121943118 which is the passenger side lower frame rail reinforcement found on all cabrios. It's part #8 on this diagram: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...48&hg=41&fg=10

I've got a cabrio parts car, but it's hard to tell from the realoem diagram what that piece actually is.

If you can post a pic of the actual part on the car, I can cut it and ship it to you(assuming it's welded??)
