Rear Headrest Brackets + Black Rear Seat

I'm looking for a set of rear headrest brackets for my E30.

I also need a black vinyl seat bottom from a coupe. The rear seat I have is out of a 4-door so the bottom doesn't quite fit right. I really only need the bottom since the back is the same for a 4-door or coupe, but let me know what you've got. I can trade for my 4-door back seat in excellent condition.

I'm located in Salem, NH. I'd very much prefer to keep the back seat local and have no issue with shipping on the headrest brackets.
