        You can probably fix the paint transfer (if that's all it is) yourself. Find a reputable PDR guy and get a quote. It probably won't cost much.

            That's going to be a hard fender to find with good paint on it.

                If I was to guess his reasoning, it may be because the paint is clear coated and potentially prone to peeling. And maybe more so because it's black and gets slightly hotter than other colors...and diamantschwarz may be slightly rare.
