    WTB: Cruise Control Clutch Switch

    Turns out I got the wrong one from Pelican parts. I need this:

        It should be connected to a bracket that connects to the brake switch bracket. Just take off the panel above the pedals and look for part #20 in the pic below.

              1987 325e. There are two types of brackets for two types of clutch switches. One is much simpler to install for cruise control retrofits since it just bolts right into the brake switch bracket (part 21 above). For the plastic boxy cruise control switches, installing the bracket is a nightmare, so I figured I would go with this route.

                        you will need the correct one wince the early ones use just two female spade connectors, the later ones use a plastic piece with the spades in a different pattern/non-moveable.

                          Do you think I could just cut off the old connector and splice on some spade connectors? My assumption is that since this is just a simple switch, it should work.
