WTB adjustable ground control spring plate thing

    I have these springs:

but I don't have the metal plates that sit on top of the front springs that go into the strut assembly. If anyone has them please let me know I'm trying to get my car low b4 bimmerfest this coming weekend.

    Thanks,
    -Brent

    Top hats. (:
Call GC to see if you can order from them.
I believe these also require camber plates to work.

Thanks! calling them was my plan if no one replied to this b4 the weekend I tired today but they were closed. If I have to buy camber plates I'll be kinda ticked but its w.e. guess I'll be able to adjust that shit then haha

Thanks good to know. also does anyone know if I need to weld those D shaped plates to the strut tube or can I get away with just cutting the original spring perch off?

you can grind it down so you can lower the perch without welding on the D-ring. I would do that and never look back if the car doesnt have rust issues.

              No,

These don't need camber place, thats why that plate is there. If you had camber plates it doesn't need that top hat.
