shifter, manual drive shaft, and other stuff

Anyone have shifter it can the normal shifter. and maybe the front half of a manual drive shaft if doesn't cost to much to ship. and if you have a good slave or master clutch cylinders. Also wiring that goes from the transmission for the back up lights.
