WTB: original owner's manual wallet and cassette tape

I'm seeking an excellent-condition black (or dark gray?) leather owner's manual wallet which originally shipped with later E30's. This is the tri-fold design with plastic sleeves for the manuals and a pocket on one panel for the audio cassette tape which also shipped with the car.

Also seeking the owner's introduction audio cassette tape with tape case.

Found a wallet, now just looking for the "BMW New Owner Audio Program" cassette tape for a 325i/is (specifically, a 1990 but I'm guessing the tape was pretty much the same for a few years).
