WTB: Crappy convertible frame for hardtop project

Deciding to get silly and try to turn a ratty e30 vert soft top frame into the basis for a custom hard top project. I saw a thread where a guy was attempting this a year or two ago, his dad had a body shop I believe, but I can't find it now. If anyone has the link saved please share!

Anyways, Im in massachusetts and would rather something close enough to pick up. I've given away 2 of these over the years so I'm not looking to pay much, I care absolutely zero about the canvas and rear window and straps and all that. I'd pay a few extra bucks if all of the seals are still good cuz I will be needing those.

Anyways, if you have one of these taking up space that you're saving for a rainy day please let me have it so I can attempt a foolish project with it.

    Thanks
    -Sam

I have one. Free+shipping and a few bucks for my effort.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Appreciate it but PA is a hike. Also Shhhhhh don't tell anybody I may have a line on a real life hardtop...we'll see.

And thanks vivek but I'm not in a huge rush so I'm gonna see if I can find one local first. They're annoying to pack and ship that's for sure, would hate to ask you to do all that for just a few bucks.

        Thanks anyways guys
