autozone sells used batteries for 20 or a cheap economy battery for 30. Junk yards usually sell them for 10 - 20.

John, where are you in NC??? If not far from Raleigh, I've got several good used batteries- Interstate, Diehard, etc from E30 parts cars. I can't possibly use all of them in my cars.
