WTB: Rear sway bar holder thingy

If someone knows the name please say it. My mounts screw loosened and the part that wraps around the sway bar to hold it in place came apart. Not the rubber piece the sway bar goes threw! I provided a pic (not my pic) how mine looks like.

Need it! please help me in any way possible. Willing to buy new if priced reasonable. Once again. Its for the rear driver side.

Do you have aftermarket sways? If so there gonna keep breaking unless you use the reinforcement plates. IE and Turner sell em.
