I have a blower motor that was squeaking a little bit when I pulled it. I think the brushes are pretty worn on it as well, so you may want to replace the brushes on it as well. If you want it, pm me an offer.

Edit: I have this blower, from a late model 318is. Just remembered that there are two styles, so check which one you need.
