1988 320i Front Wheel Bearing

Hello everyone,
I just bought my first BMW and I need to find a front wheel bearing, and was wondering if any other year/model will fit a 1988 320i because I cannot find the part. Any input or sites any of you could find relating to this would be great.

Does not have ABS. I believe this is the part number required 31-21-1-131-297-M34
