Does anybody have a engine hoist I can buy for cheap or maybe use for a couple days?
I'm gonna start my 24v swap and soon as I get an oil pan

Harbor freight. Or different auto parts stores usually do a loaner program.

I have friends who are EOD bro.

That's awesome. I have friends who make coffee for a living, but you don't see me rocking out a bunch of lattes
