Looking for a pair of front control arms in good condition, and also looking for a ' Shift Linkage ' for my transmission (manual).

I think it mightttt be 6? But I'm also not to sure, a mechanic told me my ' Shift Linkage ' was broken and needed to be replaced, he did a repair job instead and now it's starting to fail again. Going to fix it myself so I don't have to pay $300+

1985 318i, 5 speed.
