Can't you just use the ski pass through? Or is it not big enough? I was going to go with a ski rack, but decided to go ghetto and take out the rear seat and punch a hole through the sheet metal. GHH3tt0-f4B!

Oh, and I priced out the rack. The towers and bars, I saw some ads on a local newspaper for $70. Then, the clips you need are ~$50. The rack itself, depending on how big you want to go, is $20-$60 on ebay. So, overall, it would come to $140-180. That's 4-5 ski passes. My ghetto method was free. If you get a new rack from a store (Yakima, thule), you'll be in the $2-300 range.

Yeah, skill has nothing to do with being a "true rider." WTF is a "true rider" anyway?

Back to topic. Go to yakima.com or thule.com and you can find out which towers/clips you will need for your car. (I believe for yakima, you need Q towers and Q30 clips, but don't quote me on that). Then go on ebay and search. Good luck.
