NEED ASAP: Late Model Bumper or Bumper Casing (FRONT)

Well the time has come to have the car fix my shop, i got quoted $1214 with tax to have it all taken care of including a few other dents and dings on the car. The only problem is i told him i could locate a bumper, since buying one from the dealership would be pretty much a huge drag and expensive.

So I need 1 late model, front bumper or the plastic casing which goes around the front bumper ( i think i can just pop it on right?) since mine was shattered in teh accident.

    www.kruzen.com/car for pics of such.

help me get the beast back on the road!

The car is already dropped off at the shop and prep work is being done, so the quicker i can get this to the guy for paint blending and such the better.

    Thanks!

That sounds like a fair price.

Condition is excellent...pitting, but obviously you'll be filling/painting. No cracks or breaks in the plastic.

I can get you a few shots of it tomorrow night if you would like?

Not a problem. I would take some sooner but I leave all my digital photo gear in our camera safe at the office and we'll be busy allllll day tomorrow on a photoshoot, so tomorrow night it'll have to be.

It looks like your bumper core is just fine. All you should need is the plastic bumper cover.

This thing should be pretty cheap to ship; it's very light.

Photos, as requested. The light colored junk on the bottom surface is duct tape residue, it appears.

                        Looks great!

I'm sure the guy can clean up the chips and all that while doing the prep work for painting, and i'll be able to track down some of the black bumper surrounds from bma or something.

                        Do you take paypal?

Find out how much it will be shipped and all that and lemme know (get a couple different rates for expected delivery dates, etc.) and i'll decide on something, just send me a PM from here on out i guess :)

Sounds good. I do take PayPal. I'll package it up and get you a quote tomorrow morning; the two cheapest options are going to be FedEx Ground and UPS Ground...and they'll only be a few bucks apart.

                          I'll PM you tomorrow.

                            Ben, FWIW.

I shipped a Rieger Infinity lip once, basicly the same dimentions. Put it in a pretty big box and shipped it to Cali. $25 via FedEX.

Yeah, I'm thinking this won't cost more than $30. I shipped an '87 iS front airdam a few months back and it was about $35, and was a bit bigger.
