headliner for a M3
prefer black, material dosn't really matter.
oem or custom is fine, i know oem is super hard to come by so i am not expecting oem
located SF bay area.
must be in like new or new condition

Good luck in your search. All US spec ones came with sunroofs so it would need to be from overseas or a grey market import.
