I have a very nice, simple set of black bmw floor mats, with grommets. No embroidery. I had used them in a Z3 and and my E30 IC, but bought new cecil mats.

If you have floor mats already, a cheaper easier alternative is to spray them black with interior/vinyl paint. Excess paint will make it a bit stiff but you can address it by walking on the carpet a bit. My roommate recently did this to his car and it came out great.
