E30 M20 5 speed swap; transmission & parts

cash in hand. WTB manual trans and all related parts to do the swap from auto to manual, I will buy parts individually or together:

• Transmission
  with clutch fork, throwout bearing, shifter parts and boot
• Pedal assembly
  with clutch master cylinder(with fill hose, firewall grommets), clutch switch
• Driveshaft
  with all hardware (bolts, nuts, ect.)
• Transmission crossmember
  with rubber mounts
• Reverse light harness
• Flywheel
  with spacer plate and bolts where needed
• Slave cylinder
  with hard line, rubber line and keeper clip
• Clutch stop
• Trans undertray
• also looking for a rear exhaust section/muffler

I'm willing to drive to pick up parts. shipping works too. Thanks!
