          I just called a water jet cutting place. I'm sending the guy a picture for a quote to cut some out of aluminum. But I do like the idea of bending my own. It would be a lot faster also. hmmmm

            They do sell reproduction ones for about 150 a set. I'm thinking of making some metal ones though as I have a full OEM set I wanna hoard away.

              I think all aluminum would be amazing. I think bent plate would be great for the fact you can bend them back to shape versus a cut design that would most likely crack or just tear off the air dam.
              I know its not a huge market but I love the bejesus put of my BD's. Haven't owned any other style and don't exactly plan to.
              A lower cost option for proper fitment is great. Even if you just sell a pdf template of a CAD drawing with proper dimensions....
