Drivers Side Sport Seat Hinges

Upon tearing into my seat I found a broken tab on the top of my drivers side outer hinge and a welded cracked lower on the inner hinge.

I'm looking for a pair of working hinges, but can make due with just the outer hinge (lever hinge).

I think the outer hinge is in this picture and I probably have the inner also.
