WTB ground control Koni kit for 325i e30, 15" 16" wheels

Hello, I am looking to buy a new or used lowering kit such as ground control or bilstein kit to lower and improve handling on my stock e30. Looking to replace my bottle caps with 15 or 16" 4x100 wheels. I have cash. I live in Santa Cruz. I can pay to ship. Thanks
