WTB: Rear wheel well cover

This is the metal cover inside the rear passenger wheel well. Mine is almost rusted through and I need to replace it. Looking for one that is rust free or very little surface rust because Im just going to blast it and repaint it anyhow. The part number is 16131179011.

My car if it matters is:
1988 325 with a 2.7l supereta

My zip is 17339.

Just want to see if I can get it less then the cost of a new one.
