WTB/WT Rent Fuse Box Terminal Release Tool

Hey everyone I need to buy or rent the tool that allows the fuse wires to be released from the fuse box. The tools I bought will release the one-anchor wires that hold the relays. I need the tool that will release the wires that have an anchor on both sides that the actual blade fuses plug in to.

I am willing to buy or rent the specific tool for this purpose. I would like to avoid the specific set that is upwards of $200 for me to use just for this one project.
